Healthy Holiday Gifts from the Supermarket

Putting together gift baskets with items from your local supermarket is easy and appreciated by all. A basket full of seasonings, healthy oils, and meal basics can be a blessing for the busy holiday season.

The options are tremendous for a Seasoning Holiday Gift Basket. Start with some holiday spices--cinnamon, allspice, and ginger. Include recipes for spiced tea and flavored cookies.
